La Fondation Motrice announces its call for projects 2016/2017

As part of these calls a LFM- SESEP grant for a project on rehabilitation in early childhood, a LFM-CDI grant for a physiotherapist,a LFM- FFAIMC grant and a LFM-ENVOLUDIA grant may be awarded.
The themes of these 2 calls are:
“REHABILITATION” CALL FOR PROJECTS
As to support the development of good practice guidelines in rehabilitation, La Fondation Motrice intends to provide grants for projects that would bring additional evidence in the field of motor or cognitive rehabilitation in persons with Cerebral Palsy whatever their age (children and/or adults).
The projects would preferentially address the following domains:
- Evaluation and impact of resources used for rehabilitation (organization of care, costs,….)
- Efficacy and safety of rehabilitation therapies
- Impact of rehabilitation on quality of life
- Development and validation of innovative ways of functional evaluation
“OPEN” CALL FOR PROJECTS
La Fondation Motrice seeks to support any experimental or clinical or technological research project concerning Cerebral Palsy, its prevention and its consequences for patients whatever their age.
Beneficiaries. Any research team, any medical and paramedical team or engineers or health economist working in a public or private hospital or university, in an institution or at home bases in any European country.
Each project leader can be a candidate in only one call for projects of the Foundation. Selection by the Scientific Board will take place in two steps:
Letter of intent. Deadline for submitting: 29 June 2016
Complete research proposal application, only for the pre-selected candidates. Deadline for submitting: 3 November 2016
