The Network of European Neuroscience Schools  (NENS)

Founded in 2003, the Network of European Neuroscience Schools (NENS) connects neuroscience graduate school programmes in Europe, providing a platform for interaction and exchange of best practices.

NENS now represents over 200 graduate neuroscience schools and programmes across 28 European countries and offers a powerful voice for neuroscience graduate education at European level.

NENS Programme Directory

The NENS Programme Directory is the most comprehensive online source of information on neuroscience graduate education, schools and programmes offering MSc, PhD and MD-PhD degrees in neuroscience in Europe.

NENS Clusters

The NENS call for Education and Training Clusters aims to stimulate and strengthen the cooperation among NENS school programmes.

FENS and IBRO PERC Support for NENS Courses

NENS school programmes can benefit from support to organise online and/or in-person courses.

The Call for organising courses by NENS schools in 2023 closed on 7 January 2023. Check the awarded NENS courses in 2023 where stipends for students based in Europe are available.
