FENS President’s speech at the CAJAL course on Advanced Techniques in Synapse Biology

FENS President Monica Di Luca presented the CAJAL Advanced Neuroscience Training Programme in front of trainees and instructors from the Advanced Techniques in Synapse Biology directed by Matthijs Verhage at the Bordeaux School of Neuroscience.

On the 24th October FENS President Monica Di Luca visited the Bordeaux School of Neuroscience to give a talk and introduce the CAJAL Advance Neuroscience Training Programme to students and instructors of the Advance Techniques in Synapse Biology course, directed by Matthijs Verhage. 

This course allowed students to integrate the basic techniques in molecular and cellular neurobiology with advanced state-of-the art molecular, imaging and functional methodologies, through direct hands-on experiments.

The CAJAL Advanced Neuroscience Training Programme is a FENS and IBRO initiative in partnership with Bordeaux Neurocampus and the Champalimaud Foundation, which offers state-of-the-art hands-on training courses in neuroscience.
