FENS EJN Awards: Young Investigator Prize and the Best Publication Award

In collaboration with FENS and Wiley, EJN is inviting nominations for the Best Publication Award and The Young Investigator Prize, personal prizes of GBP 3,000 and GBP 7,000 respectively. Calls for nominations will open on 7 January 2019.

The Best Publication Award is given to the best research article published in EJN over the preceding two‐year period. The award will be presented at the FENS Regional Meeting in Belgrade, Serbia (10 – 13 July 2019, where the winner will give a lecture.

The Young Investigator Prize recognises outstanding scientific work in all areas of neuroscience by individuals aged 35 or under (at the nomination deadline) and either working in a European research institution or, if working elsewhere, of European origin. The award will be presented at the FENS Forum 2020 in Glasgow, UK, 11-15 July 2020, where the awardee will give a lecture. The winner will also be required to write a review article for publication in EJN.

Deadline for submissions
Young Investigator Prize: 15 February 2019.
Best Publication Award: 31 March 2019.
