EU-SURVEY_Monitoring Innovation and Societal Impact of EU Funded Research

The Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission (EC), in collaboration with the EC Directorate General for Research and Innovation (RTD), has recently initiated an activity to define suitable indicators to retrospectively assess the impact of EU-funded research activities in selected areas.

To this aim, the JRC is conducting a survey addressed to participants of EU-funded research projects in the fields of breast cancer, prostate cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias in order to gather insights about major outcomes, methodological aspects, dissemination, and follow-up activities of the research conducted.
