Guest Editors: M. Kerry O’Banion (University of Rochester, USA); Anton Porsteinsson (University of Rochester, USA) Srikant Rangaraju (Emory University, USA); Tara L. Spires-Jones (Dementia Research Institute at the University of Edinburgh, UK)

This special issue aims to gather contributions illustrating recent research advances in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias with a focus on understanding the links between risk factors and neurobiological changes in disease.
