Description:

The Neuromodulator Networks research group, headed by Dr. Matthias

Prigge, is looking for a

Technical Assistant

in full-time with a regular weekly working time of 40 hours/week initially limited for a period

of two years.

Your tasks:

– Preparation, cultivation of dissociated hippocampal cell culture.

– Preparation of adeno-associated viruses from animal cell culture (HEK293)

– Molecular biology (DNA cloning, PCR, restriction digestion …)

– Maintenance of the laboratory infrastructure

Your profile:

– Completed training as a biological technical assistant (BTA), or equivalent professional

training or completed bachelor’s degree with a great deal of \ wet lab experience.

– Experience with the respective methods/requirements advantageous (molecular

biology/cell culture)

– Strong organizational skills

– Open and flexible thinking as well as critical and precise working style

– You have a very good command of written and spoken English
