Employment Start Date: 1 July 2022
Contract Length: 2 years in the first instance
Institution: Lund University
Department: Experimental Medical Science
The newly-formed Lab of Epigenetics and Chromatin Dynamics, headed by Christopher Douse, is looking for a postdoc to lead projects on the mechanisms of chromatin regulation in human brain development. The position is available for 2 years in the first instance and can start as soon as we have found the right person. We review applications on an ongoing basis.
We have a particular interest in a several topics, including:
-understanding how improper regulation of chromatin may lead to neurodevelopmental disorders
-delineating mechanisms underpinning epigenetic control of transposable elements
